1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a refund request. After 30 days, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at supportteam@ratheboutique.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges

6. Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and may not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
